1. Warranty Coverage

All applicable products purchased from 2Awesome Beauty include a 1-year after-sales warranty from the date of delivery.

If a product develops a manufacturing fault or component issue during the warranty period, we may provide replacement parts after reviewing the issue and supporting evidence.

2. Evidence Requirement

To process any warranty request, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue or damaged component.

Our support team may request additional images, videos, or information to assist with troubleshooting and warranty assessment.

3. Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend that customers take photos and videos of all delivered items immediately upon arrival and during unboxing.

Any missing items, shipping damage, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty applies only to faults or damage relating to the product itself under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover:
